THE BEST THING TO DO IS SEE A DENTIST. YOU MAY INDEED NEED A ROOT CANAL, BUT UNLESS YOU SEE A DENTIST, YOU WON'T KNOW FOR SURE. GOOD LUCK.

I think you mean root canal. I'm not a dentist, but if it hurts that badly, get it checked out.

You will have to start with an x-ray to see what the problem is -whether it is a cavity,infection??
