Okay so here it goes...at work their is this guy hes the bus driver and um..we were taking our kids on a field trip and at first i didnt really notice him until he started talking and smiled he has the most unbeliavable smile and well i realized that i think i have a crush on him i see him once a week for a month now but i dont know how to like approach him and i want to let him know i like him but i am very shy and i just i dont know how..so what do u think i should do? i was thinking writting on a note with "call me" with my number but i feel like thats to elementary..and sadly if i dont want to do that than i have to talk to him..so anyways i dont know wat to do next week imma see him for the last time so anyways please, please, please let me know! what can i do? so guys wat is a good way for a girl to approach you ? thanx!

Everyone thank u soo much for ur answers they were all super awesome..and well okay so i was ready to pretty much tell him something..and he didnt take us this past monday (yesterday) so it was the last of summer school and i didnt see him so i waited way to long BUT hopefully i see him during the school year? its cool though so i didnt say anything..but ur advice was awesome thanx everyone!

you're right-a note is too elementary. you know, if you're never going to seem him again, just tell him upfront. strike up a general conversation first and once you really get into it, just somehow steer the conversation to coffee or a good movie you both want to see and take the opportunity to say, "hey, since neither of us has seen ____, would you like to see that movie on friday and then grab some coffee (or ice cream) afterwards?"
A movie is great b/c it's casual and it gives you a lot to talk about later...and the coffee/ice cream is great b/c it's casual and if you have no chemistry, you can just drink quickly and go, but if you have great chemistry, you can stay there indefinately (or until the coffee shop closes :))
lastly, if you're shy about being the "asker," just tell him that you've honestly never done this before but you thought he was an interesting person and you would like to just spend some time and get to know him better, hang out, whatever...

First of all...is he available? If he's married, stay away! If you're married, same advice. If he's single, and you're single, then the next time you see him ask him if he'd like to catch some dinner after work. If he say's "sure", then be ready to give him your phone number or your address and follow through with it.
Trust me, you ladies always stress way too much about these things. If we like you, we're just looking for an invitation.

get some bout 5 homemade chocolate chip cookies and wrap them up in sawran wrap with your little cute note of how much appreciate his great smile :)

unless u just straight up tell him....i say give him the note.....me as a guy i wuld like that and wuld call up..because i wuld have a reason to......and if he doesnt call u u will find sumone else and he didnt deserve u.....gud luck

kinda staraight on but dont sound desperate dont naw on stuff in common if there is any talk to him like you would to anyone,he may like that and try not to sound like a nervous wreck when your talkin to him!!!!!! Best of luck!!!! :)
