Depending on the weather it is sometime between the last week of september and second week October.
It depends on when they get their first frost and cold snap.
There are foliage websites with maps that tell you when different regions are at peak. Probably one for NY state.
You can also call the cooperstown chamber mid Sept see what their prediction is.
