Well I have this cousin or something here's how we are related my mom's dad is 1st cosines with another guy who's daughter married a guy who's father is married to my cousins(the girl) grandmother. So pretty much we're family by two marriages. Would it be weird to have a loving relationship with them? oh and if anyone knows the proper names of how we are related like (3rd cousins twice removed) that would be great.

Don't worry.
I don't think that there is an official term for the relationship - the closest I could figure, you would be 3d cousins In-law/In-law. No once or twice removeds, since you are the same generation.
Your mom's dad's cousin's daughter is your second cousin once removed (your mom's second cousin - one generation removed from you). Her husband would be your second cousin once removed-in law. He is also your "cousin's" uncle-in law.
I say that this makes her your third cousin in law/in law.
That does not count for incest - at least legally I believe. Whether it makes a difference to your family or not really depends on how close the families are and how wierd it would be.
But since the relatinship is through two marriages - I would say it shouldn't be a big concern.

OK I think I got this straight your grandpa's (mom's dad) cousin's daughter is married to a guy who's father is married to her grandmother. I don't think you are even technically related. You wouldn't call your brother in laws cousins your cousins.
You still may be family but not really related. This depends on if you grew up knowing each other as family or not. If you grew up calling her a cousin and seen her at family reunions then you are family. If this is just a connection that you were told about now they aren't family. If they are some one you grew up knowing as family it might be best if you don't go out with them. If it just something you found out about go for it.

Heh, I had to diagram that out to get some idea of what your relationship was, and I'm still confused by it.
If I understood things correctly, the two of you share one great-great-grandparent... or is there one more great in there? Genetically speaking, that's pretty darn distant. If you shared a grandparent, or even a great grandparent, that would be iffy - but anything more distant than that, I really wouldn't worry about. It's no weirder than having a loving relationship with someone who was your childhood friend.

Depends how distant - anything beyond second cousins is OK, first cousins NO! Also depends on how you feel about him. If you like him and it was a good kiss - kiss him again! :) XMWAHX

Wow! My head is spinning! Could you sit down and make some sort of a "tree" which shows where everybody fits? I thought that idea up there ^ sounded very good. Ancestry.com, however, is very costly. Perhaps the records in your local Morman church would help. They have vast genealogical records and one does not have to be a Morman.

Well you wouldnt be removed.... but anyway. It's illegal to date 5th cousins, or anything under that. Go to ansestry.com (sp?) and majke a family tree. Tha'll tell you you're relation. If it's over 5th, it really depends on how you feel about him. Good luck :)

As long as there is no direct blood line.
You don't want to bring a deformed child into the world.
It is best if you find someone whom you are not related to in any way. Sorry : (

Too weird to explain without a long explanation. There are many other unrelated fish in the sea.

Einstein, Darwin and Edgar Allen Poe all married their first cousins. Don't worry about it.
