Please try not to get a teacup, pocket, or teaspoon - whatever - chihuahua. These are being bred from chi's that are too small, and usually are true runts of litter. A small puppy is healthy, just small. A runt is NOT healthy.
A runt will have a odd shape to the head, the eyes will bulge and maybe have tear drainage, spindlely legs, walk funny, maybe have a round back and a tiny cord for a tail. They are very delicate. This is just the outside, not the inside problems with bones, bladder, joint problems.
I feel sorry for those poor things that humans have created from runts just because someone thought them cute or saw dollar signs !
Like the others, go to PetFinder.com and put in your zip code. If you don't mind the pup being just a cutie patootie, and not a purebred, the dogs on there will melt your heart!
Since you where climate can be very cold, you might want one with a thick coat or a long-coated chihuahua. Even then, this baby will need winter clothes.

A teacup chihuahua is either the runt of the litter or a puppy that has been specifically bred down ( inbreeding)
These dogs have many health problems in their life. Some actually grow to be the regular size of the breed even though they start out very tiny.
If you are going to purchase /adopt a pup, make sure you purchase one that is going to be standard size of a chihuahua.

there's no such thing as a teacup chihuahua. anyone who uses that term to describe their dog(s) is a person to avoid.
type "chihuahua rescue" into yahoo search. Save a life and you will have a loving companion for life.

ANY TEACUP sized dogs DON:T exist until they are fully grown. Let me explain better...if a breeder says that they are selling teacup 'whatever' breed, then they are FULL of it. You won't know its a teacup until about 6 months of age. So DON'T get screwed. Good luck.

It is absolutely impossible to find any as there is no such thing.
There are breeders that try to get your money for these little dogs but most are runts that are not healthy.
