Yes I am on a diet. I'm eating only vegetables, fruit, & grilled, skinless chicken breast. I'm trying to limit my carbs, but if I do it carbs I only eat 100% whole grain. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I feel soo much better eating healthy! I have a ton more energy & I just feel better about myself! :]

Started one last Monday. I kinda made it up myself. I have incorporated the Mayo Clinic diet, the grapefruit diet and the Atkins diet along with eating 1 yogurt with Bifidus between meals and 1 at night before bed equaling a total of 3 Yoplait yogurts a day. I eat as much meat and green and red vegtables as I want, but no starches like breads and potatoes of any kind at all. I always begin a meal with a 1/2 glass of grapefruit or a 1/2 grapefruit.

I do this for 12 days. Like I said I started last Monday. So today is day 8. So far, I have lost 8 lbs. Not bad for 8 days.

I also do 2 - 20 minute exercises per day. One light cardio in the morning and one relaxing yoga exercise at night. I wish I could cardio exercise stronger, but I broke my foot and am in week 12 of the healing process, so for now this is my regime.

Then I will cheat from the diet for 2 days and start the process over again with a new exercise regime (The doctor is allowing me to swim again next week, yeah! Can't wait until I can start bikeriding again and going to the park on the bike paths).

I have lost 35 pounds since Easter. Weight watchers. What I do is eat about every 2-3 hours. I keep low calorie snacks around the house and have banned junk food in the home. I am counting points - so far no problem but I have about 50 more pounds to lose so I'm in for the "long haul"

Yes, I'm always on a diet! My big tip. Keep a jar of thick salsa in the fridge, eat a teaspoon of that when you have a hunger attack. Something about the salsa will stop your cravings immediately.

Yup, I'm trying to eat healthier. I do my best to make healthy choices and I eat 4-6 times a day. I've lost 15 pounds by slowly changing the way I eat and what I eat.
I also do pilates every day, and it has given me tremendous results. I am more toned, and thanks to the emphasis on breathing technique and proper form, my posture and concentration have both improved.

Actually pretty well, thanks for asking. I used to do Atkins, which worked really good, but I got so hungry for mashed potatoes that I ate a whole bowl and was sick the rest of the night. Now I'm into portion control and calorie counting. So I'm allowed the potatoes..... in smaller portions.

diets don't work. The key is NOT in losing the weight, the key is keeping it off.
