After a long day at work I needed this, with so many stressful things, news reports and such I had to laugh. What makes it really funny is now because he called the police to report he was surrounded by the police he could be fined $1000.00 and one year in jail!

"He appeared to be intoxicated" Sounds to me like there is more to this story then has been told.
He might have been quick thinking and saved his life from crooked murderous cops. Compared to that Up to $1000 and a year is nothing. No one ever gets what they can get up to in terms of fines and jail.
I have dealt with crooked cops and a 911 call is a good idea because then it is a documented public record and altering those or disappearing one is evidence in itself that corruption is rampant and the caller felt fear for his life by crooked cops.
My story is here;

Would you have laughed at me for stopping a serial rapist cop and calling 911 to report that I was stopped but did not violate a traffic law?

I don't open websites since my last virus, but my ex, who was abusive, was from a police family. What do you think my chances were of getting some protection from him?
