To answer your question, well, Islam means more to me, of course.
Everyone already belongs to a culture him/herself, and these elements will always be present in their everyday lives. They offer a great flavour and variety. As long as these things do not conflict with Islam itself, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this. Take a Muslim living in Canada, for example -many aspects of Canadian culture do not conflict with Islam (to the contrary...) so there is no need to "get rid of" those aspects. And on the other hand, following Islamic Culture doesn´t neccessarily mean adopting "Arabic" culture. Once one knows what belongs to Islam and what doesn´t, there is still a lot of freedom.

Islam is my culture. I do and try my best to follow the Quran and Sunnah in every aspect of my life. There can't be any culture so important that it overwrites Islam. After all, it's not my culture or anyone Else's that will give me the key to paradise.

Islam as it is meant to be practiced by Prophet Muhammad(PBUH*) and not culture which sadly is the way most of the Umma are today. May ALLAH(SWT) help us stay on the straight path and help us find the true Islam again.

Islam, culture just got mixed with Islam. just like there are american christians, spanish christians, mexican christians, European christians or African christians. culture get mix with religion and form the society.
