did you know there are now 3 certainties in life?

Ben Franklin was once quoted as saying "In this world nothing is certain but death and taxes."
that's true, except it was in a bc era (bc, meaning of coarse, Before Cars).
so thus i bring forth the THIRD certainty:
ROAD CONSTRUCTION!
scary thought i know. to make things worse, is that IT'S TRUE!
