I don't understand why you ask a question that you are so sure that no one will answer anyway.
Well I will. You made your first mistake when you painted all of Islam with the same brush. Yes, parts of Islam aren't high on the rights department BUT I do know Muslims that are not like that. There ARE good Muslims that treat their only wife with respect, treating her as an equal.
The so called Muslims that made 9/11 happen as well as other horrors are called radicals.

You are right. And some people don't know what they are talking about. Christianity is what has given freedom to USA and many countries!
You can talk against Christianity here, but if you were in a Muslim country, in most of them you wouldn't we allowed to talk against Islam, or die (or, if you are lucky, jail). And this is not theory, but a fact, taking place right now in many parts of the world. See the difference?

I am shocked by these foolish people who put Christianity right in there with Muslim extremists. It just shows how hate can make a person so short sited they can't even think logically. When I read some of these responses to a very sensible question, I realize we are in deep trouble in this country. Some hate George Bush and are fond of the terrorists.

any extreme religion or belief is a threat.Islam in and of itself is a peaceful belief. When some follow what they believe to be the correct literal interpretation the result is the violence we are seeing today. If Christians followed a strict interpretation of the bible,we would have the same issues. The problem is that the extremists take passages out of context, even the most violent sections of the Koran and the Bible have corresponding passages as a buffer.

Read the Bible, Islam is not the only threat. Christianity ranks right up there too. They didn't live a peaceful life, allow for women's rights/human rights, or democracy. As for free speech, just try and you'd be liable to get stoned.

True. However, you have to look at the beginning of all religions of today. Most were just as bad. Then evolved with time. Muslims like most of the middle east just refuse to evolve to more civil times. They still want to have tribal wars and stone people to death...

i cant prove you wrong. the people that refuse to see the light however are naive and foolish. the other thing that people do not realize, is that if islam does indeed take over the world, the killing has only just begun. at that point muslims will be killed because they are not muslim enough, or they are too muslim, or they practice the wrong islam.
