In all seriousness, you may be suffering from degenerative processes caused from sexual excess exacerbated with poor nutrition.
The elements lost in sexual fluids can not be fully replaced by normal nutrition and many abnormal processes begin, such as degeneration of ligaments, tendons, and bones occur.
Edit: You won't have that problem in heaven because procreation is not necessary, as Jesus said in Matthew 22:30 "For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven."

No, It because through evolution learning to walk up right changed our back and hips. You might say we haven't quite evolved it perfect yet.
