i ate pork chops at my familys house a day ago, however, it was my first time eating pork chops and later i realized that the meat that i had eaten was a little on the pink side. Is there any chance that i might have tape worms???

The probablility of getting triganosis worm from pork chops these days is slim. In the old days pigs ate all kinds of raw meat by products but now are mostly raised in cleaner environments with regulated food. The worry of triganosis would be higher if you ate wild pig or wild boar that was not cooked thoroughly. Always cook pork till the pink is gone just for safety. If you do a roast or tenderloin make sure it reaches an inside temperature of 140 degrees to 160 degrees. Use a cooking thermometer.

Not from pork. Tirganosisi is the disease that comes from pork but they say it is not that easy to get any more. supposedly they raise pigs in healthier environments today to prevent that I do not know of that is true.
I may have speled triganosis wrong but you get the idea.
