For one child $5, for more you add like 2 or 3 bucks on per child per hour. I have 13, I have to do that sometimes.

Personally, I pay adult sitters (college and up) 5-7 an hour depending on how many kids are over (I have two on weekends only.). I would pay a teenager a little less, though - the girls in Virginia usually charge a flat rate for the evening. I'm more likely to pay a teen sitter less because the night is shorter with a teen sitter and I often have to drive them. I'd give a teen that has her own transportation and CPR and first aid training the same rate as an adult, though.

I'm a nanny and take extra jobs at night on occasion. I never get less than $12/hour. Even the college kids that fill in for the families I know make $10. I would think high school kids should get at least $5/hr.

Are you looking for rates for going out at night or to take care of your kid(s) during work hours?

During the day I pay my "day care" baby sitter $220 a week for my two children. When we go out for a couple of hours in the evening on weekends we give the teenage girl who lives next door (no driving to pick her up and her mom is right next door the entire time) $3 per hour per kid, so $6 per hour.

Depends on what the person is expected to do if its just watching one kid then minimum wage. If cleaning and feeding meals and also watching the kid is involved then probably around 7 a hour. Each additional kid you would add 1 dollar. Unless its a relative then you should probably cut em a deal.
