If your XGF is actually due Sept 8th then the first day of her last period would have been December 1st of last year, after which she then got pregnant(probably wthin a 10-15 day window of that date, when she probably ovulated). I would say based on the facts you have given, no you are not the father. It was the person who she was with around December 10-15 2006. Unless her due date is off. You could be the father if that is the case. ??? Cant really say! Good luck!

Sperm usually live for up to 48 hours.
With a due date of 9/8/07 conception would have been about 12/15/06- so if you are absolutely certain about 11/15 then probably no. BUT testing is the only sure thing at this point. Do not sign the birth certificate.

Are you sure that the last time you were with her was November 15-17? If she were to gotten pregnant then she would be due in August. There's no way that sperm can live in a women's body for any longer than a few days and even that long is pushing it. When the baby is born and she is saying you are the daddy, don't be afraid to ask for a DNA test. Good luck.

Well - let's do the math: 15 weeks X 7 days in a week = 105 days pregnant. 13 weeks X 7 days in a week = 91 days + 6 additional days = 97 days of break-up. 105 - 97 = 8 days together + another 6 days for possible conception days = 14 days of possible conception. Did you have sex during those last 14 days? If so, then it very well could be your baby. If she is saying this is your baby - be there for her 100% during the pregnancy, labor, delivery. If this ends up to be your baby you will be so glad you were part of the pregnancy, labor, & delivery. If this ends up to not be your baby and you supported her throughout the pregnancy, labor, and delivery, just chalk it up to a great thing you did for an old friend. Any doubts you have will only be relieved through a paternity test and that can't happen until after the pregnancy, labor, & delivery.

Your due date is an estimate by and ultrasound! It can be off on average of two weeks! So yes you could be the dad giving that the due date is early sept. Do not let her put your name on the birth certificate until you have a DNA test because that could cause means for child support! And no sperm cannot last a month long I believe its 48 hours or something like that! But def not a MONTH!

I don't think she's pregnant with your child. I got pregnant in the middle of December and was due On Septer 14. I had her a week early too. If your sure that November was the last time you slept with her, then I doubt that your the father.

If she is truly due Sept 8th that would mean she conceived the child in December. So as long as the due date is correct and you haven't had sex with her since November, the baby is not yours. Sperm usually last around 48 hours, maybe a little longer, however they can not live for a month.

For you at this time is a waiting period until the baby is born. Insist on an paternity test when the baby arrives. Now step up if the baby is yours if it comes out that way. Stop wasting time now thinking about it, shes pregnant, nothings going to change that, but the outcome may be in your favor......you may not be the father...
No use getting hot over it now...

The sperm generally can last in a woman's body for 3 to 5 days. The time frame from your last encounter to the due date makes it possible for you to be the father. Due dates are really just an educated guess, not a definite. Its not absolute, but you should consider having a DNA test done to determine paternity.

If her obgyn is not wrong about the due date, I do not believe so.
As her due date stands, she would have conceived around December 16. If she was due in August I would say you have a chance to be the father. If she goes after you for paternity I would make her pay for it since I do believe she would be wasting her money in this case :)
