can i re-wire a usb cam to a normal tv any one help and if how?

i know that i have to add power but how

If you run the USB camera to the computer. Some computers have video monitor outputs that can run to a television sets video inputs (not RF). Some computers require that you toggle auxillary outputs on, usually with the F8 button. This is a kludge but that will put the camera on the TV when you run the software for the camera.

No, you cant. The USB camera is outputting a serial signal, nothing even remotely close to NTSC or PAL.

Cant be done.
