I have always tried to stay in tune with God and have found that I usually have trouble hearing him. It's hard sometimes to know when He is speaking to me and when it is only my own thoughts. However, I have always prayed for his guidance. I have had several dreams lately where I felt very strongly that he was speaking to me. For instance there was one where my husband and I were looking for a particular doughnut shop, and I ended up becoming seperated from him and got lost, and was wandering around looking for him, became disheartened and fell to my knees with my head down. I heard a voice from above tell me I had to keep my head up, because that was the only way my husband would recognize me, because he doesn't see me that way (as someone who would have her chin down in hard times). I knew what that one meant, there was also one where a church we had recently started going to had a rich garden, with lots of fruit, and we could take some seeds home to make our own garden.

I knew what the garden one meant too, there was one involving bees that I posted about just now that I didn't understand (or could have been a message from my subconscious, rather than God), but for some reason these kinds of dreams have stopped. Am I just not keeping my heart pure enough to hear him, or does He just not have anything else to say to me at the moment?

I believe god does communicate to you in your dreams as well. I found god a year ago. I am a 36 y/o male, My father died when i was a young child and when my mother died a few months ago i had this dream, In the dream I was alone, I was severely depressed, i was crying. Then i heard a soft but deep voice say "you're not alone, i'm here with you". All the sudden all the pain was gone, i was thinking yes yes that's RIGHT! Then he said "and so are they" and my own family appeared in the distance. My wife and my 2 children coming towards me. I woke up with my head in my hands crying tears of joy. That was the end of my mourning. no way can anyone ever tell me god wasn't speaking directly to me through my dream. And yes, i think when he see's that you need him you'll hear from him again.

I did not see your question about the bees. But I do not they can represent an attack of the enemy. They represent the enemy guarding something you are getting to close to...the honey, or some kind of reward. Don't be discouraged if you do not hear alot from God in your dreams. God usually speak to us in dreams to warn us or give us guidance or direction. I would have dreams almost every week for years and then the dreams stopped. I don't have as many now. But when you do not hear from God through dreams, it means you are going in the right direction. When He is ready to speak to you to tell you to go left, right, stop, go and so on, then He will speak to you again.

God knows you, you're his daughter. God knows how to speak to you. It can be that the bees dream is something that may come in the future or just a dream. Or, maybe after the dreams you've had, you've allowed God to guide you; Now, he's just watching. God is not going to speak to you in every dream. However, God probably tried several other ways and you didn't see it. Now that God has your attention, and you'll be more aware of when God speaking to you(not only in dreams).

God doesnt speak through dreams but Dog does - the other night I was woken time and time again by Dog barking in the rich garden next door. Strrange how god does precisely nothing but humans do all the stuff - ie they act for god. What this means is that you should get on and do stuff and stop wondering whether god is invloved casue beleive me he's never gonna send you an email. If he doesnt like what youre doing he'll stop it fer sure - yee haw.
