i have a boxer only a year old.he started having passout spells,could it be neourelogical?

Well I would take your dog to your vets, maybe you could get pet insurance, my mom gets ours from www.gopetplan.com.
This is a really good place to get it and its very reasonable.
Im not sure about what to do for the spells but its a good possiblity it is neourelogical. But the vet might be able to give your boxer some medication or some sort of treatment of what will make your dog pass out less or stop it completly.
