ans i feel so angry and restless its hard for me to type and play my guitar ect. what can i do to feel calmer nothings working

You're experiencing some unacceptable side effects. Go back to your doctor; there are other drugs on the same class that may work for you that won't have the side effects.

Those are common side effects and should go away soon. If they are so severe you can't handle them, call your doctor for advice. I've listed the side effects here from the website.

hey man yeah thats perfectly normal to experience restlessness. What i had to do was cut my dose in half for a week or two and then jack it back up after. The restlessness can be caused by starting out on too high a dose - it was for me i started on 30mg.
