its a place for girls who are really girly... its a store where u can get ur hair done and dress up in these tight clouths afther that they make u sand out in the mall singing happy birthday to the grils

I took my little sister to Libby Lu and she LOVED it! I spent a lot of money there but I think that it was worth it because she had a lot of fun getting dressed up and doing the little performance at the end. They also did her hair and makeup REALLY good & the outfits were so cute, It was totally worth it! =)
