Eat less. You have to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight. It's that simple. To lose a pound in a week, you have to eat 500 calories less a day than you burn. I'd suggest finding a nice cool place to get some activity in, even if it's just walking (for instance, going to a mall or store with really good air conditioning and walking around). It's better than nothing!

You can lose a little bit of weight just by watching your diet. But you will plateau short of being in shape. If heat exhaustion is really your problem then you can get a treadmill in your house or join a gym and exercise in air conditioning. If you think you are getting heat exhaustion in those circumstances its probably just sweat. That's a good thing, it means you are burning calories. Suck it up. Do some research and see what the real symptoms of heat exhaustion are. Trust me you'll know them when they happen.

You need to stop eating junk. You also need to eat smaller portion and at lease 3 times a day.Drink lots a water and have a proper sleep pattern (schedule). It's proven that washing dishes and cleaning is the best way to burn calories.

The only option left to you is to change what you eat. Make healthier choices (apple rather than chips) and you will automatically cut calories.
Actually, I think yoga or pilates would be a good solution for you, as they can be done indoors and aren't cardio-intensive. I do pilates every day, and it has given me excellent results.

Watch your diet and do what you can as far as activity is concerned. Cut out sugar and starches. Watch out for foods that hide sugar - certain fruits - bananas, certain veggies - carrots, certain cereals that appear to be healthy. Eat more protein. Drink lots of water.

Answer is not really. And heat exhaustion is a stage of dehydration not from your body temperature rising during exercises and sweating. You won't get heat exhaustion if you keep hydrated.
