I understand, I also rotate meals, sadly I have to eat the same things everyother day! But a great meal to change things up a bit might be a homeade pizza. Some people seem to forget the simplicity or the recipe and how easy it is to make, and rely on the conveince of ordering one. But another benefit of making your own, is it actually can be a healthy treat.

For example, for your crust either buy a premade wholewheat, or make your own using whole wheat flour. You can barley taste the difference, and is an easy way to add fiber to your pizza.

Also, using reduced-fat cheese will drasticly reduce the amount of fat in your pizza. And using oilve oil will add a healthy fat. As for the sauce, you can buy canned pizza sauce which comes in a variety of flavors and can be bought fat free. As for toppings, load on the veggies! You could also add any cuts of lean beef, chicken, or sausage.

Hope this helps!

Have a BBQ! It's hard to say since I don't know what you've been having over and over.

Make a rough menu for the week:

Pizza and corn-on-a-cob

Steak with mashed/baked potato

Spaghetti w/ meat balls

Chicken (vary the ways you cook them) with broccoli & rice

Pork --any style and carrots

Hot dog night

Have one favorite cookbook and refer to it often and keep the basic ingredients in your cupboard at all time.

Creamy Baked Chicken Breast

4-6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken
sliced swiss cheese
seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 stick of butter

Lay chicken in 9 x13. Cover with cream of chicken (you can used more cream of chicken depending on how much extra gravy that you want). Then top with slices of swiss cheese. (I cover the whole pan with cheese) Sprinkle bread crumbs all over the top. Melt butter and pour that over all of it. Bake it until the chicken is done......I think 45minutes to 1 hour at 350.

Hello, I would say if you gave us a list of what you have on hand, we could give you some ideas of what to make with it.

Also what do you make all the time that you are tired of?

Have you tried grilling things outside on the grill, even the veggies and fruit. Grilled pineapple is wonderful.

Remember that breakfast is great for supper, too.

I would need more info as to what you have on hand.

kk now you came to the right person.
people always chose me as best answer for this because its really good and also really cheap

ok. get pasta of those thick rectangled ones. then get white sauce (alfraudo sauce) and then cook the pasta with it so the pasta has sauce on it. (dont cook the pasta and then put alfrado sauce) then get shrimp not jumbo. and then cook it anyway you like. steamed, fried, or whatever. then when ur done. get like your favorite drink with it. like something light.
juice is not good with it. my mom used to do this all the time and i loved it! hope this helps

join the club!!
I go to www.recipelink.com/copycat
it's got recipes from restaurants and people both
my only problem is they, sometimes, say to use fresh herbs and
1. I don't have any and
2. you can only buy about 50 times more than the recipe calls for-so it's expensive, but it's fun to experiment.
