There is not usually referred pain with colon problems. However, if it is present it is right upper quadrant or epigastric.

My Colon had a tumor that was at the beginning of the colon and end of the rectum. The pain I felt was in my lower left side. Near where my ovaries would be.

if the colon is paining it is in the middle right side of the front of your stomach

if its the upper half of your Colon it would with be around the upper half of the front of your abdomen if its the lower half of your colon its around the lower half of the front of the abdomen... certain pain can radiate to the back like pancretitis...

Both its a constant pain that may not be a 10 buts its surely uncomfterble..i would see a doctor maybe theres something wrong.
