F**k religion and everything it's done to our world. I was extremely religious at one point but now I'm sick and tired of it. I 'praise' God but won't do it in any fashion that causes persecution. If God is great then He is one evil sunovabitch for creating us.

The original question is a good one, but I think you have bitterness of religion, (which isn't original with you,) overflowing onto thoughts of God. God didn't do all the crap that you experienced with hypocrites.

Don't blame GOD for the Evil and Wicked stuff.
GOD is GOOD.
Blame Adam and satan (satan mostly) for all of that Evil and Wicked stuff (satan)---getting into the Earth (Adam).
