which would you rather visit and why?

Japan, it has established itself as a tourist destination with modern technologies, modern fashion, stunning natural scenery and efficient transportation. Language barrier problem is almost equally a problem for both countries.

I have visited both the countries: S Korea and Japan a few times. They are unique in their own different ways and equally interesting in their own distinctive way; from food to fashion and festivals.
To answer your question; I'd rather visit S Korea.
Hard to reason why. S Korea does not sell itself as much as Japan and 'invites' the visitor to discover her. Japan is distant even though I'm there. It's as if she's exclusive to the natives, the locals and most of the time I feel the aloneness (not lonely) of being in a Japanese city. Korea does not do that to me. It has a dignified and calm air about it; not so much of the intrusive commercialism of Japan and none of the exclusive air that I felt in Japan.

I would rather go to Japan because there is so many things that I want to see in Japan, and I know a little bit more about Japan. Japan is the number one place that I want to visit outside of the United States, my second place would be China.

I would probably want to go to Japan because I have never been there (or to S. Korea) and I've been interested in Japan ever since I was little from watching anime (Japanese Cartoons)

I would visit Korea (N+S) because I'm part Korean and I have great knowledge and pride toward my heritage. I think it's very unfortunate more people don't know much about Korea. (I personally blame the not too long ago history!) Korea all the way.

South Korea because I loves Korean food so much, hence if I have a chance, I would go for eating trip cumm shopping!

JAPAN!
i would like to go to japan, because i want to see many things in japan, i want to know their most hottest spot. i want to go to hokaido and to see hottest technology. i want to see their greatness in fashion and their hot anime/manga! to study there CUTE language and to buy there expensive drsses, clothes, gadgets and many more. their are so many things you can see in JAPAN rather than s. korea, i know s. korea is more on stars and great food but i would like to go to JAPAN

Japan because I love sushi and all that japanese food...Plus I would love to look at all those harajuku girls and cosplayers. They are so fascinating.

japan, seems to be a more interesting culture. also, there so high tech, so i would like to see what cool new technology they have.
