does the steering wheel itself vibrate? does it vibrate when you are rolling in neutral? swap the tires from front to rear and see if its any different, if it is a bad tire you might feel wobble in the steering wheel when the tire is in front, but just a wiggling if its in the rear. if the condition goes back and forth when the tires go back and forth, you have done a good deal of narrowing down for free.

Probaly need to have your tires balanced and rotated, or it could be a front end suspension problem. bad tie rod ends would cause this, and possibly the constant velocity joints,(CV joints) best take it to a garage and have it checked. It is not safe to drive like it is.

could be a tire. if you go slow does it slow down or go away? try going fast and putting the car in neutral, if it goes away then its in tranny.
