If you are using a computer, then you need
1. a DVD writer; some DVD's are player; some are writer that allows yout to play DVD's and to make copy of DVD's.
2. software. to decrypt and to copy.
Do a search "DVD copy" on yahoo and you'll find plentiful of DVD softwares that can do both: encryption and copying.

Try plato dvd copy or try avs dvd copy
copy and close the spaces to get into link. (2 spaces)

youre computer should have some software on it to burn dvds and in that you should be able to find a setting like copy from drive use that.good luck
