This may sound really odd, but give it a go anyways... soak a tea towel in potato juice and follow it on with a mixture of milk and salt. Finally, scrub off with a lufa and warm water... should work. Good luck.

Do you know Calamansi? scrub its extract on your armpit 15 minutes before you take a bath, and on you dark spots like elbow, knees, its very effective.

Stop shaving that's not helping but you should try waxing instead and make sure to moisturize your skin by using a anti-perperant or whatever you use that has lots of conditioning elements in it.

just go and get this nice skin lightening cream for dark underarms, knees, elbows, inner thighs.. and apply it at bedtime.. works great for $9 ..
