Nothing you can do, but be true to who you are and how you feel. Make sure you like certain traits in the guy and not just his skin color. Those are the true things that matter. If he respects you, is reliable, kind to you, even just loving to hear your ideas on different subjects that is what is important. Don't just look at because he is white he is the hottest thing since sliced bread. Best to date someone with positive traits that you like, its the better thing down the road.

And for jessica up there the bible doesn't say dating out of your own race is wrong. People always try to say that it says that but it doesn't. God only said that no person of faith and a person with no faith shouldn't be together that is about it. Nothing about skin color babe.

Race should never be an issue when it comes to dating. Race should just be a matter of preference. If you like Caucasian guys, then date Caucasian guys. Personally I prefer Latinas over other women. So don't feel pressured or anything. Do what you feel is right for you.

It is not wrong, just a little difficult. Be sure that you and he are strong enough to deal with or overlook what society will say about it. It is accepted a little more nowadays, but it is still a harsh reality for some people black or white. There are many issues that arise within an interracial relationship. Word to the wise, it takes a lot of strentgh, courage, and attitude (positive that is). So think about it and make the decision.

Everyone is entittled to their preferences. I've dated outside my race too. I PREFER extremely black, African-American men. Their skin is awesome. Beautiful. However, I don't let my preference get in the way of meeting and dating other people. I've had some meaningful relationships outside my race, but those were based on personality, mutual interests, and a connection, not just that they were white.
To each her own, but I'd make sure your preference is a true one and not based on stereotyping character traits based on one relationship that was positive. Jerks come in all colors.

Just go out with who ever you like, who ever you're attracted to. It doesn't matter what race they are. You just have a type that's all. It's nothing to be ashamed of. By the way, I'm like that too so yeah. I've dated on white guy for a short time, but i have a preference to hispanics

race should never be an issue. And just because their is trouble with one doesn't mean you should judge the whole race like that or assume the same problems are going to rise. That is how racism begins. If you think someone is cute, no matter of color, put forth the same effort you would do in order to "hook up" with him. The whole point of dating is to find that one special person. If it doesn't work out then it wasn't meant to be. Get back out there and try again.

I am biracial (black and white)
I think dating out of your race is your choice... I love being biracial and i wouldn't change it for the world... some people may have little comments but throughout my life I've only heard a few... mostly i hear what a beautiful family we have, because i have 4 other sisters

but dont let other peoples ideas or comments change your decision

Love is beautiful no matter what color you are

Be yourself. Do what your heart tells you. Explore. You only live once! Now just be careful what area you live in as there are still racial idiots out there. If your in a bigger city I would not worry about it. Look around you to see how your society lives. Do you see many interracial families?

I am married to a beautiful Japanese lady of over 14 years. No problem with that! Plus our 2 sons are the most beautiful ones in the world. I only wished I could have a daughter. No guarentee so we will stick with the boys!

I have been told many many times that interracial kids are the best looking!

Good luck to you!

Don't sweat it. Personally I see nothing about interatial dating, reall there's no point in gettting upset with what adults do.
If you prefer white guys then date white guys, somebody somewhere will say something, idiots have a lot to say but nothing worth hearing.
The PRESSURE you're feeling is either familial pressure or pressure from society, You're afraid that ppl will stare (and they will) that ppl will coment (they need to shut up) and if they do, shrug it off or just don't bother to say anything... better yet, wear a shirt that says fu*ck off or something...
I preffer guys with red hair and freckles *shrugs* their not many around and they're mostly white but I couldn't give two craps of what other ppl could possibly think, it's my kink so they should lay off.

I am an old white woman, southern baptist to the core, but hey, I think all people are just that, people, the color of your skin your born with does not guarantee you a place in heaven....black-white-pink-brown whatever, if my daughters wanted to date someone outside our race, as long as they treated them with respect and kindness, I would not have a problem in the world, better than the sorry lazzy butted that they married!ha
