Vacation Bible School

2007-07-16 12:37:38 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 1 0

It's Vacation Bible School as previous people have said. It's kinda a Church summer school for kids, since some Churches don't keep up their usual childrens programs through the summer. (Since vacations make it inconvienient when teachers are gone)

Not only Baptist Churches do it, my Church is non-denominational and it and several others I know do it.

VBS programs are usually sort of fun, (or try to be) they aren't like Catholic CCD or normal school.

Vacation Bible School. It's basically a week of Bible teachings, crafts, and games to keep the kids amused and out of Mom's hair.
