I have a springer spaniel too and I know what you mean. They can be very crazy indeed! The springer spaniel is a very energetic dog and it does need an awful lot of excercise but with the right amount of effort you will be able to manage owning one. There is really only one answer to all of your questions and that is TAKE YOUR DOG TO TRAINING CLASSES. It will help, honest! If you don't have a lot of cash to spare for them at the moment, there are still some really cheap ones that will be listed in your local phone book. I hope this works.

You can start by taking her to obedience classes. They train you on how to train your dog & you go home & practice what you learned that week.
You will meet people in the same dire spot as you & those problems can be discussed with who ever is running the class. Maybe somebody in the class has already delt with what you are going through & can tell you what worked for them.
There are books at the Library or you can buy a book or two about raising puppies without killing them (kind of a LOL). There are many many books on the subject.
You could contact a trainer & get one on one help.
Is she still a puppy? If so buy books on obedience.
There are many sourses on how to puppy train a pup.
If you post this question in the green bar at the top of this page where it says, "Search for questions:" you'll get all the answers to others who posted simlar question. There are far more than you know. Check it out. I always ask my questions there first & if I don't find what I am looking for then I post my question.
Your wording is different than most but it is still asking How do I house train my puppy? This question is ask 10 to 20 times a day.

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tr.im/PKJFB
If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.
It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.

ESS are pretty high energy dogs. They need to be walked often to burn off their energy. You should probably do some research on the breed and some basic obedience. If she's old enough, take her to obedience classes. There's a lot of info on the net and I'm sure other people on here can give you advice. Also, if you know other ESS owners, you can discuss your problems with them since they're familiar with the breed.

Just the same as you would train any dog. First you have to learn how. Enroll in an obedience class and learn.
