Yes as long as it is in it's original sealed package it is fine to eat. The only problem would be if it was left out at room temperature for enough time to become warm then there may be some bacteria concerns. Best by dates are guidelines for best date for freshet taste and many foods can safely be consumed up to 60 days past that date.

NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! when in doubt, through it out!!!!!!! the best by dates mean it's freshest if eat'n be4 that date. but in your case, the sell by date, wut that means is, it's good for one week after that date. like on milk, it says "sell by" for example july 4. that means it's good until july 11. one week after that date. but yours wus way over a week. when in doubt, THROUGH IT OUT!!! don't risk it and get sick, just buy some more. i hope this helps.
