Some cheap, shoddy jewelry from my email psychic. She claims it will 'cure my bowel disorders'. I had asked her about winning the lottery.

I'm sorry, but the US Postal mail delivery is a personal and private thing. It is inappropriate to ask what is in someone else's mail, not just to open someone else's mail.
