If you want to lose sixty pounds it will take 30 weeks if you do it safely. This is 7.5 months. It is only safe to lose up to two pounds a week.Go on a diet, try to consume around 2000 calories a day. Also, you need to excersize more fluently. You need a balance of cardio and weight training. If you dont have a lot of time, try something like kickboxing or swimming, it will get both covered in about an hour.

The trick is to stay at it!! Pharmaceutical companies would have us believe that losing weight is as easy as taking a pill. Although, the pills do burn some pounds, the best and longest lasting results comes from working hard. Also, eating less will not work for most people. Your body tends to overreact and stores fat when it thinks it is being starved. Eat five small and healthy meals a day coupled with working out (AND NO SODA!!!) and you'll be on your way to thin!!!

Weight loss pills are unhealthy ( well, not that unheathly but my method is heathlier).Try this:
Eat enough to not be full but not hungry either ( you could still eat, but you don't have to).Jog for 15 minuites 2 times a day or walk for 30 minuites 2 times a day.Avoid large amounts of sugar or fat.
You can exersise some more if you want and it will speed up the weight loss but only a bit.Good luck!

sit ups wont help you lose any weight - all they do is build muscle and make your belly look bigger.
you have to eat regularly small meals to lose fat.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
