Toss the tuna... it's been opened for a few days without any refrigeration.
Tuna is a low acidity food which can be a friendly environment for food poisoning pathogens (bacteria). Tainted foods don't necessarily have a distinctive smell so the sniff test can be deceiving.

No. Do not eat it. If it was in the fridge, that would be one thing. But smells a little? No way! Garbage! Do not even feed it to the dog.

Nothing should stay at room temperature for more than 2 hours, and no more than 3 days in the fridge....dont forget this!!

draw straws to see how has to taste test. have poison controls number handy. lol. if s/he survives after 20 minutes, chow down.
