The documentary that claimed that Jesus' bones were still in the tomb was false. Jesus' bones are not in the tomb. That tomb and the burial site was all wrong for someone in Jesus' earthly stature. Remember, he was poor, born into a poor family, and the tomb that was discovered back in the 80's, was one that a rich family would've had. James Cameron also claimst that Jesus, his wife, and his son were buried there because one of the caskets had "Judah son of Jesus" on it. Okay in Jesus' day the names Jesus, Mary, and Judah were very common, and secondly, Jesus never married, or had children. Mary Magdalene was a dear friend and follower of Christ, but not his wife. Another point. Jesus was not "Jesus of Jeruselum" he was Jesus of Nazareth, so if were to be buried (which he wasn't, he rose from the dead as prophecied) he would have been buried in Nazareth. I could go on and on about why this is false, but there's just a couple of points.

Over the years, Jesus' bones have been found in India, in the south of France, in Italy, and in Glastonbury, to name a few.
So, another set of His bones have been found...big deal.
I wonder where His bones will be found next?

Hun, the truth is, the tomb was found empty.
If the Sanhedrin could have produced Jesus' body and put a stop to the rumors that He had risen, they surely would have...but, for some reason, they didn't do so.
Now, why do you suppose...oh, yeah...because there wasn't any body to produce.
It really is that simple.

You're late!

excerpt:
The movie says that researchers discovered this "second, as-yet unexplored tomb" near the original site and that their camera crews filmed the "first ever recorded footage of an undisturbed burial cave from Jesus' time."

However, Kloner said, he personally excavated the second cave years ago and managed to extricate one of its eight sarcophagi before protests by ultra-Orthodox Jews shut down the dig.

"The filmmakers combined this cave with the other and lowered a camera inside just so that they would have a story," Kloner said.

"And you know what? That was really out of line."

Well that depends on what you consider to be good. I personally feel that IF Jesus did not raise from the dead and was thus not God, he would not be a good man, because if he did not raise from the dead he would have had to be a lair, insane, or something worse. None of those options are what I would consider 'good'. However, I don't believe that there is sufficient evidence to go against the testimonies of over 500 people who saw Jesus alive after his Crucifixion.

That whole thing is a load of nonsense cooked up by James Cameron and the Simcha Jacobovici to make money for the Discovery Channel. That's what you call garbage archaeology. PT Barnum would be proud.

What religon are you? And Jesus rose from the dead and will one day return to this earth. Throughout history many have discovered the"bones" of Jesus. This is probably someone wanting attention.

Thats impossible. Jesus rose to heaven from His tomb. The Bible says so and I will blindly belive it. Christ materialized into a spirit from His human form and is now in heaven.

This particular claim has specifically been disproven by several archeologists. The claims that are made are taken out of context of the entire find. There are two items that have be determined a hoax.
