I need some way to get this guy off my back does anyone have any suggestions? Please tell me somthing. Explaining to him does not work. I only puffed it once and this guy is a hassle around my school he just wants to make everyone mad so noone really believes him but still I dont want word to go around that I puffed it? Please!

I dont want to say Yes, So what I did it but I dont do it anymore. Well then I'd have a bad rep and people would spread rumors and I don't wanna get in trouble.

Just tell him to screw off. Like he's never done anything bad in his life. I think you should just say "yeah so what I did it once, time to move on now" and make him think you don't care. If he thinks it bothers you, he'll keep saying it. If you act like it's not a big deal (which it's not), then it'll get old fast and he'll have to find someone else to mess with.

Why in the world would you tell someone that! You probably thought that they would think that you would be cool, now you know that your not cool. There is no advice to give expect you were very stupid in doing that! You should now know not to say things like that.

Well, the next time that they bring it up just simply walk awa.
If you cant then just go onto a guilt trip, like say you are not a real friend if you are actually telling other people that.
The last option is to just ignore him, like continue to the person that you were talking with before he interrupted. And if someone says something like he is here just simply say "Who, never heard of him, doesn't ring a bell!' Then he will just stop saying things like that

The next time he brings it up in a group just very calmly say "That was mad long ago, it's over now, get over it".

This kid may have a real issue with drug use (family member?) and feel 'betrayed' that you fell to that. But you are obviously not a pothead and do not want that rep; so just keep your cool and let this kid know that you aren't going there with him....it will die out.

next time he says that then tell him "so what?" i have tried it once, didnt like it and that's it......whats the big deal about it. if the people in the group dont want to talk with you because of that then maybe you should find better friends to hang out with.......... you can't change your life just to please people or "fit in".

What do you care? Cop to it, move on. Takes his ammo away. Don't spend your life worrying about what others think of you.
