i just need some answers on little things i can do to tone up by friday! i need to look good! if you could help me then that would be really great! thanks!

you're going to need a little more than 4days to notice results. :( lots of reps with light weights will help you tone up. self confidence will also help you! :)

To 'tone' you need to build lean muscle and burn off the fat on top and that can't be done in a few days. It's a long process.

You can try lifting weights in the gym, running stairs, swimming for exercise.

Drink lots of water and keep your diet very healthy.

Buy a good 'toning' moisturizer and apply that each day.

I'm sure you look great anyway though!!

There aren't any MAGIC workouts like on the infomercials on at 3AM. It usually takes months to lose fat and gain muscle. I would say to look for various abb workouts on the internet and run long distances (6-10) miles at a jogging pace, just to work up a good sweat (probably best in a public park or neihborhood because treadmills can get annoying for long distance). Eating healthy should help you overall and make it easier for the next time you want to be more toned. The abb workouts combined with running and healthy diet should make you feel more fit. Weight lifting with low weight and high reps should also help you. Olyptical machines will work just as well as running, but its just a personal preference of mine to run. As I said before, there isn't a magic excercise so be prepared to dedicate a lot of your time towards your goal.

my guess is that you almost definitaly will NOT see results by friday. sorry! But there are some tricks you can try.

- avoid complex carbs and sugary or salty foods for a couple days beforehand. this will keep you from bloating.

- practice good posture. standing up tall and straight, keeping the natural "s" shape of your spine, will automatically shed 5 lbs visually.

- when your taking pictures, hold your arms out from your sides slightly, to make them appear smaller.

- stand w/ one leg out in front of the other, putting your weight on the back leg. this creates a leaner look, also.

Dude, I'm five"two 15 12 months ancient feminine weighing approximately a hundred thirty and I'm lovely toned. I fairly cant snapshot you being "fats" so close up, and move to the freakin pool get together. there may be NO option to tone your self with out ravenous... sorry hun.

Umm...that's not possible...you'll look the same on Fri as you do today. However, here's a great last minute tip. If you exercise right before going somewhere, blood stays in your muscles and makes you look more muscular for about an hour after your workout. So, before heading to that beach, wedding, or etc...do twenty or so pushups...or as many as you can handle. ^_^ good luck.

Get a grip.
If all it takes is 5 days, everyone would have six-pack abs.

Getting in shape takes months of hard work.
