It is definately not possible to get hay fever from someone else or to give it to anyone. It is an allergy, it is a personal issue. You may be born with some and you may develop others throughout your life. But it's defaintely non-communicable.

No. Hay fever is not contagious but, if are having allergy symptoms, you yourself may have it. It is possible to develop an allergy that you may not have had before. Common seasonal allergies are pollen, grass, birch, oak, even Bermuda grass ( the grass used on a golf course ).
