Lol, I have the same problem. I do around 50-75 a day when watching tv. I lay on the ground grab on to something like the bottom poles of my bed and do leg ups (lay flat, bring your legs up, and back down but not all the way to the floor). I do that or crunches (slightly twisting my body to the opposite direction as I go up). When doing crunches you should have your arms crossed on your chest.

Instead of doing hundreds of standard crunches, you will get much better results starting off with the bicycle (often called the reverse bicycle). The bicycle is the number one hands down ab workout. Also you'll need way less bicycle sets and reps than you will crunches.
Bicycle 20 reps -2 sets
Raised Knee-in 8 reps each side - 1 set
Flutter Kick 20 reps -2 sets
Straight leg cycling crunch 5-6 reps 1 set
Thats it! It should take less than 10 minutes and you should see good results in 2 weeks.

Running, cycling, any for of aerobics really. I run 2-3 miles a day and walk about 4, then do 5 sets of 25 reps of crunches, than 3 of 20 of legraises.

It is with the legs up and bent in the air & crossed...hands behind the head and you move slowly about halfway -- you don't touch the elbows to the knees - hold the position when you feel "pressure" on the abs and then slowly lower yourself, but not all the way to the ground --- you will feel the pressure and pump & it'll get the abs in shape!

It is shrewd to start to play a second WK, Boucher have got to be nearing his retirement level now and SA have got to be within the method of watching forward and discovering a suitable "subsequent" WK. Boucher is one in all our very quality and he has served his nation incredibly good and he nonetheless has plenty to present SA cricket till the following World Cup. The fact is that lovely quickly he might make a decision to retire and we can want any one to fill that house, any one with the competencies and the workforce revel in, AB turns out to without doubt candidate for the task.

try like 50 crunches a day (for starters), and I also had asked somebody about crunches, and they had told me that there's only one type of those.
