Yes. Especially if you travel. During the summer the US is not having flu season. However if you traveled to the other side of the world you could catch the flu there. Because right now china and so forth are in their flu season.
Or if you come in contact with a person who did travel recently to the other side of the world and they were exposed to the flu there, you could catch it that way.

You sure can catch the flu in the summer, you can even catch a cold in the summer. It doesn't matter what the season is it comes when it comes. I have caught the flu almost every summer for the past five years.

In early summer when morning is cool and afternoon is hot, it is very easy to catch cold or flu. Take L-Lysine can help. L-Lysine is not a medicine, it is amino acid that can kill virus and save lives. It is very good for cold, flu, fever blister and shingles. You can find it at vitamin section. Take it before or you have cold. Do not take it over 6 months.

You can catch the flu from anyone infected with the virus at anytime of the year.

of course! the virus doesn't just go away cuz the weather is nice. It's just fewer people catch it because they aren't cooped up inside with each other all the time like they tend to be in the winter.

Yes. People tend to get it more in the winter but summer doesn't kill the germs (only washing hands, etc. does this). You can get sick any time of the year. It sucks, but that's life.
