My cabinets are white with brushed nickel hardware. All other walls are done with southwest texture (Adobe) and some red brick (looks like it is falling off of wall). What color would you paint all the walls to blend with the red? It can't be too dark, not much light.

Sounds like a muted yellow or sage green would be a nice touch and keep it light. If you choose the yellow family be careful. They are the most difficult to turn out as the swatch. Test drive a few on the walls first.

I know I'm not getting something here - you have a red wall, and a red brick wall, but you can't change the red wall? What color are appliances/counters/floors?
Try:
peach
butter yellow
pale gold
sage green
caramel
These all blend nicely with brick, red; and can be enhanced by any fabric with the wall shade in it, and a plant or two.

A caramel colour with white and orange & red accents (wall ornaments or framed prints with indian artwork for example)

I would choose a buttery yellow or light gold. It looks great with red.
