Look in the back of Bon Appetit magazines. There are tons of ads for warehouses that have leftover, misplaced settings, and they buy from estates so you can round out a broken dish or glassware setting. All you have to do is either send them a picture and approximate year and brand name. One of the companies at least can find about anything. But you may have to pay a bit more if the local antique dealer doesn't or won't help.

Do you know where the first ones were bought from, I'm sure they have an online store where you can buy the replacements.

at www.replacements.com you can list your china, or crystal pattern, and they notify you by e-mail, if they don't already stock it.
