According to the author herself, (JKRowling), Scholastic Books, and MuggleNet, this is just a rumor from some crazy dude who said he "hacked" into the publisher's computer. The guy who said he read this "info", couldn't spell, had terrible grammar, and could barely speak a cohesive English sentence.

Somehow, I doubt he had the ability to hack into a well protected security system to obtain the book.
