he so hot and i need to lose so more weight because thi fat camp isnt helping !!! whats your advice!!!

If fat camp can't help you, we sure can't.

My advice, become a vegetarian and become a runner, bicyclist, swimmer, etc. Basically eat better and exercise more.

DO NOT throw up you food

DO NOT not eat

those things are unhealthy


Avoid:
Candy
Cookies
Cheese
Pizza
Greasy things like french fries and hamburgers
Chips
Soda

Eat:
Fruits
Berries (very good 4 u)
Water (it sheds off the pounds!)
Whole Grains
Veggies (baby carrots are good!)


and if you want 2 treat yourself to a 100 calorie pack snack then eat only 1 A DAY b/c if you work hard, u no u deserve it!
LOOK for:
Things that say "High Frutose Corn Syrup" under the ingredents- THATS REAL BAD!

Fats on the label that are poly- and mono- (i cant remember the ends of them) those are GOOD for u.

JUMP ROPE! It is an old techinique and you will get tired of it in like 1 minute, but jumping up and down constantly burns all those calories

Walk/Jog a mile Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays early in the morning

The best thing to do would be as follows:

1) Watch your caloric intake

- In short, if you know your basal metabolism, you know how much your body will burn. if you burn more than you take in, you'll lose weight. I'd cut your calories about 500 under whatever your recommended is, that way you'll lose a pound a week (one pound of fat= 3500 calories)-- try to eat five small meals per day.

2) Cardiovascular exercise!

- The best way to burn fat is to do weight training (to build muscle) coupled with cardiovascular exercise-- which burns fat. If you run at least thirty minutes, three days a week, you'll see results. Try to go more if you can. Three miles in a half hour is a good amount to try to accomplish, just watch your heartrate.

3) Weight training

- Not to get stacked, or anything like that, but just because muscle in general ups your metabolism. The more you gain in muscle, the more weight per capita you'll lose.

4) Drink plenty of water

- At least 8 glasses a day. It helps suppress appetite AND ups your metabolism.

Hope that helps! I personally did the above and I've lost 10 lbs in a little over a month. Keep it up, and it'll work.

Ask yourself this question? Are you really doing this for yourself to get healthy? Or are you doing it to just get the boy? Do it for yourself first then see what happens. Be happy that you have made the decision to start somewhere. It may not be working because it takes time for your body to burn calories without you gaining any more weight. take it one day at a time. exercise, exercise, exercise. That is the way to lose weight. Seventy pounds will take a while to get rid of, Remember, it didn't happen over night, so it will take longer than overnight to come off your body. Be patient and do all that is necessary to keep from falling behind on your eating and exercise program and you will succeed. If the guy likes you for who you are and not for what you look like then he is the guy for you. You might get the book "One Day At A Time" It is helpful no matter what your issues are.

you sound young. if because hes so hot the only reason you "love" him then chances are - and no offense - that he may not like you because he'll probabaly think you're not hot as well - so what is it about this dance thing at camp? if it is a "Fat" camp and its not helping chances are is you're not trying. if you REALLY want to lose weight - you need to be absolutely SERIOUS and dedicated! in other words - get off you butt - go outside and exercise and stop over eating and consuming unhealthy foods! it will take PATIENCE!!! nothing happens over night. and as for this boy - you'll get over him - there's plenty of fish in the sea

I hope you have a doctor or health practitioner that you can trust. In order to lose that amount of weight, you should talk to your doctor and have a full physical examination. You need to make sure you have no underlying medical conditions before you start a weight loss program. Then work with your doctor and a nutritionist to come up with a real achievable plan for your weight loss. It should involve nutritional education as well as counseling to help you get through the tough times. You need to exercise as well.

I wish I had some quick-fix answer for you but unfortunately, there's no such thing. Anything advertised as such has the potential of being harmful. You can use this boy as motivation to get on track for now, but in the end, you need to make this commitment to yourself and no one else. Do it because you want to feel happy and healthy.

What's '70 pounds overweight'?
Do you mean a doctor has told you you have to lose 70 pounds to look good and lead a healthy life?

Let me tell you this, I have lived a nice life an now that I look back, I call myself an idiot for trying to look better in order to please a few guys. Eat healthy and exercise till you feel better about yourself, you are the only one you should be impressing. And if he doesn't like you despite a few pounds? Drop him, he's not worth it if he can't look past all that to see the real you.

And good luck with camp, I know those can be a pain to deal with sometimes.

you will not lose anywhere near 70 lbs by the dance. you need to continue to diet and exercise in a healthy fashion, so you will be comfortable when the next "hot boy" comes along. (trust me there will be many). until then, just wear something that you feel good in and be yourself. if he doesn't love fat you, he won't love skinny you either.

the advice your looking for is quick easy and painless. There is no such thing. Everything, especially losing weight takes TIME AND EFFORT. Bet that scared u huh because its something you dont have. If you want to get the attention of that dude you like you'll have to get real familiar with it.
