Blend them to make a "syrup" and mix with ice, add to 7-up, Sprite, ice tea, lemonade, vodka, OR Gin - garnish with orange slices and mint sprigs.

Do you have yogurt, too? I make smoothies with a small container of yogurt (two if making for more than one--or to make one ahead and stick in the freezer for breakfast the next day) (I'm partial to vanilla flavored since it adds a touch of sweetness), a banana, one other type of fruit of choice (preferably frozen, but it doesn't need to be), and a splash of milk or orange juice (any juice would be fine). Blend together in a blender--it will end up the consistency of a milkshake w/out all the fat--very healthy treat for summertime! Even my kids go crazy for these!

Squeeze oranges to create 1 cup orange juice pour into a blender add 1 cup milk/soy milk/yogurt and 2 bananas, 2 tablespoons honey and ice - cover and puree for 1-3 minutes and pour into a tall glass enjoy with a straw (should be a shake consistency. You can also use apple juice in place of the milk/soy milk/yogurt. It won't be as creamy but it will still be very yummy!

throw some oranges and bananas in the blender with juice and ice for an refreshing drink, or ice cream and milk for a more 'smoothie' drink.

Banana and strawberry smoothies are great, add some rum and you are set.......Oranges would be a nice twist, though, add them and see what you get......Chefs don't get like they are because they use the cook book, they improvise and make something unique..........
