Turn the music on and get up and just do it. Like the Nike commercials, just do it and if you don't want to do it just do it any how because then doing it will come natural. Dude, I know people that don't ever leave their house because they're too lazy to get cleaned up to go outside. That's lazy.

I used to be that way, too. If I didn't HAVE to do something, chances were that I wouldn't do it. I found that making a "To Do" list every night for the next day seemed to really help me get motivated enough to get up and get going. Having them written down like that made it feel like a "have to do" kind of thing.

Change around your whole routine. Make a to do check off list everyday with times you set to do everything. Check off everything you do. That should get you to start getting more disaplined.
