Sick of plain ol' sandwiches, change the bread! Try tortillas for wraps, bagels, pita pockets, fresh buns etc. instead.
Also change up your usual sandwich filling. Here are some ideas to get you started:
Egg Mayo & Green onion bits
Egg Mayo & Crispy Bacon
Tuna Mayo & Green pepper or celery bits
Bacon lettuce tomato
Roast Beef on a toasted kaiser with HP Sauce, sauteed onion, green pepper, mushrooms & melted cheese.
Chicken or Beef Fajita mixture prepared the evening before and served on a large, lightly toasted kaiser or tortilla wrap.
Summer Chicken Salad: pre-cooked chopped chicken mixed with diced cumcumbers, ranch dressing. Add any finely chopped veggies you wish and serve on a bun.
Cream cheese combos on a bagel - You can buy a variety of fancy cream cheeses or you can make your own combination. Try cream cheese & diced cucumber or fresh strawberries for a interesting change.
I hope those ideas help.
Also, freeze your bottled water or juice placed in reusable containers and pack your frozen drink with your lunch to keep it cold.
For hot foods, consider taking a thermos-like container. They're sold in a varitety of shapes and sizes so you can take anything from hot soup to lasagne.

Just change up the "regular" sandwich. Use a different bread like sourdough. Use a good ham or chicken breast. Use a better mustard than yellow. Use arugula instead of iceberg lettuce. Or you could use cream cheese and pesto as a spread. Use provolone or something instead of plain Swiss or American. That's what I used to do when I took my sandwiches to work.

TRY CHEESE SALAD. Its quite a refreshing choice.
Also try tuna and cucumber.
Just add mayonaise to the tuna and mix it in then spread it on top and add cucumber slices.
