Have any of you used an epilator to remove hair, be it for legs, underarms, bikini or facial area?

Personal experience are appreciated. Any brand you recommend (emjoi, etc...)? Pros and Cons of using an epilator that you might have knowledge of?

yes, i think its very painful. but i have cousins who use it even for bikini area and they think its really good. gives a long lasting result and many people say it doesnt hurt at all. i have 'silk epil'

I have used Remington Epilator to remove hair. It is quite effective, as in the re-growth takes considerably longer time than removing hair using other techniques.

Pros : Effective and affordable

Cons : Need to devote a lot of time as you need to concentrate keenly during the process. Also its a bit painful depending upon the sensitivity of your skin.

I used it at one time. It really hurts. The pros are that the hair stays off longer. The cons are the pain.

i have and never will again i got rashes and hurt like he!! if you get my point i wouldn't recommend was a normal ladies shaver i don't not see any pros on this shave at all if you go for any shaver go for Panasonic Close Curves Wet/Dry Ladies Electric Shaver with Pivot Action my sister uses those i use any normal ladies disposable shave for sensitive skin cheaper that way like Bic and Gillette Daisy Disposable Razors, Ultra-grip hope i help good luck.

i have a braun silk-e. i use it on my pubic area. it's very painful, but i've found that spraying the area with dermaplast first makes it far more tolerable. ingrown hairs can be a huge problem. the only thing that has helped me with them is sally hansen's "zero bumps pads for bikini and underarms". the advantage is a perfectly smooth and fabulous cookie for about 2 weeks.
