On the off chance that this is a genuine question, it's 2001 although it was released during the latter part of 2001. If it was Feb 01 it would be an 01 number plate. August 01 makes it 51. Therefore Feb 2002 would be an 02 number plate and August 2002 would be a 52 and so on and so forth.
Not absolutely 100% sure about the months they are released, though.

Second half of 2001.

Sept 01 to end of Feb 02?

Cut from the DVLA Website:
The age identifier changes twice a year, in March and September. To distinguish between these two six monthly changes they have been allocated different number sequences. The use of the figure 5 to precede the year, for September registrations, will maximise the registration mark combinations and offer a long-lasting system. The 5 will change to 6 in 2010 and to 7 in 2020 and so on until 2050 when the format may be reversed to extend the format another 50 years.
