Everyone has an accent! This is part of the system of language. It is a bit hard to explain with American English, but with British English it works very well.
You probably have heard the Queen speak sometime. Well, her accent is called RP (Received Pronunciation). It's considered the standard accent in Great Britain.
And this is the very point: she speaks standard and yet she is speaking with an accent.
Language and accent are inseparable.
(Should you ever have heard the term Queen's English: that's not about accent but vocabulary.)

I don't have a slur unless I've been drinking... LOL I think we all have an accent of some kind, different areas of the country and different areas of the world have different accents as well as languages. I have been told my accent is hard to detect since I have moved around alot and have a blend of accents of the entire country. So I'd say everyone has an accent! =)

There are programs that train individuals to speak a language without a discernable accent. Some individuals have developed a lack of a specific accent as a result of moving frequently.
I use to have a fairly strong New Jersey/New York accent, but while studying in Canada and Washington DC I developed more of a generic North American accent.

I'm hispanic (dominican/spaniard) and i dont speak with a really thick accent or a "slur"
Some people can tell i'm hispanic over the phone but others cant tell, i guess when i use good vocabulary and grammar it hides the tiny accent i may have.
I do have a problem with annunciating. Thats when you pronounce every little letter in every word.

No. Technically, everyone has an accent including you. You're from a certain state and you'll talk different than people in another state. For example, people from Georgia talk different than people from Maine. Black and white people talk different. They both have accents...technically. An accent is not a slur.

Everyone has an accent, by definition. What is a slur, in your mind?
